The Effekta bt batteries are valve regulated and maintenance free AGM batteries (lead-fleece technology). The developing gases in the battery are converted into water by the construction of the housing, thus maintenance-free is guaranteed. A valve regulation serves as protection in case of overcharging.
The battery has a robust construction and can be operated in any position due to the lead-fleece technology. The robust housing material is impact and break resistant as well as corrosion and aging resistant.
Due to the special lead alloy, the battery has a very low self-discharge of less than 3% per month.
A deep discharge should be avoided even with such a high-quality battery in principle!
